CNHOA Directors Email Meeting Minutes
On 6 August 2018, Rick Gardner made the following motion to the board of directors via email. Motion by Rick Gardner:
“The Cove Norris Home Owners’ Association (CNHOA) Board of Directors, per it’s By-Laws, appoints Richard Gardner, it’s treasurer, and Paul Atkiss, it’s president, as signators on its savings and checking accounts at Y-12 Federal Credit Union and appoints each one of them to conduct any and all monetary transactions on behalf of the CNHOA.”
Greg Snodgrass seconded the motion and the motion was approved unanimously on 7 August 2018 via email votes.
